Who We Are

Decisionresponded Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in New York and the New York area reach independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. That is the whole job.

Why This Site Exists

Older houses raise odd questions. Why are there droppings behind the stone wall? What is that soft spot in the beam? Who do I even call?

Most people do not know where to start. They type exterminator near me and hope. We built this site for homeowners who want a clearer, calmer path. Old house, new questions.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you are dealing with. It might be ants, mice, termites, bed bugs or an animal in the attic. We then point you toward a provider in our network that handles that kind of work in your area.

Availability depends on the provider. Request a callback to check who can help near you.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Explain what they find in plain words
  • Give a quote in writing before work starts
  • Treat your home with care, especially older materials
  • Hold the licenses their state or town requires

Each provider is responsible for their own work, licensing and insurance. Ask to see details before you hire.

What We Do Not Do

We do not send out crews. We do not spray, trap, seal or treat anything. We do not set prices, and we do not do repairs.

We also do not promise outcomes. Every house is different. The provider you speak with will explain what is realistic.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay for the homeowner calls and requests we send them. That is how this site runs. The provider sets the price for the job, and you agree to it with them directly. You are under no obligation when you ask for an estimate.

Look Past the Symptom

A mouse in the kitchen may have come in through a gap in the foundation. A few winged insects may point to termites in a sill. We encourage homeowners to ask providers about the source, not just the sign.

We also encourage plain talk about cost. Prices vary with the pest, the size of the home and how hard the spots are to reach. Quote in writing, always.
